The video package offers all the functionalities of the other two packages, but also includes the video camera and the ability to watch the recorded video as a live stream on any remote device.

The install technician hooked the system up quickly and answered all my questions. My favorite feature with the ADT system is the addition of the garage door controller. As someone who has left their door open before, this was an added bonus for me in the purchase of the system.
However, there have been some times that the customer service received has not been what I expected. There have been times when I would call and would just get transferred from one agent to another as they attempted to figure out the problems with my sensors, but still to no avail. Customer service is something that they have been hit or miss on, so just hope it isn't anything crucial if you need to call.
